These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HapticMac macOS application ("App") developed and published by ROLIA GROUP LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on macOS devices you own or control, for personal or internal business purposes.
The App offers a free trial and a paid license. Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase and may change for future purchases.
Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com. By completing a purchase you also agree to Paddle's Terms. We do not store your payment details.
The App runs entirely on your device. It does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You may not: reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; redistribute or sublicense the App; use the App for any unlawful purpose; remove or alter proprietary notices.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
